Though an avid reader of your novels this is the first time that I have looked at your website. It is astonishingly annoying and poorly designed with text that is tiny and hard to read. I am surprised that you would approve of this very user unfriendly connection with your readers.

Web Person here (not Gail): I'm terribly sorry that you are annoyed. This website is constructed from a template, and unfortunately there are limitations as to what we can or cannot change (this is why the newsletter proper is a downloadable PDF, to allow us more control over formatting). We can certainly look into this further, however. As a stopgap, most browsers and devices offer the ability to easily zoom in or expand font size if you are finding the print to be too small. I hope that helps!

This beautiful, elegant, petite lady was happiest crawling on her stomach through brush on the Scottish moors, stalking stags or so she told me at a cocktail party at Balmoral…..

What a wonderful memory for you to have. There have been so many lovely stories come out about HRH Queen Elizabeth II: her wit; her political acumen and her intelligence. We were very lucky to have her in our lives. Thanks for this.
